Terms: The Held Practice

By joining The Held Practice peer supervision membership community, you agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality

You agree to uphold the confidentiality of all members and their shared experiences. This includes:

• Not sharing client details or cases outside the group without consent
• Not recording or distributing any supervision circles or resources
• Respecting the privacy of what is shared in live sessions and in the online community

2. Ethical Participation

You are responsible for participating in this space in line with your counselling association’s ethical standards (e.g., ACA, PACFA, or equivalent). This includes:

• Maintaining appropriate boundaries
• Bringing forward only de-identified client material for reflection
• Acknowledging the peer nature of this space (this is not clinical or hierarchical supervision)

3. Respectful Conduct

This community is built on mutual respect, nervous-system awareness, and relational safety. By joining, you agree to:

• Engage with others with kindness, curiosity, and consent
• Honour differing experiences and approaches
• Seek repair directly with the facilitator if concerns arise

4. Community Access

Your membership includes 12 months of access to live online circles, monthly resources, and the private Facebook group.

• Please do not share access links or materials with non-members
• If you decide to leave the group early, refunds are not available due to the closed nature of this supervision space

The Held Practice is a space I created with care - for counsellors just like you.

It’s a supportive, steady community of like-minded professionals walking a similar path. A place where you don’t have to explain or defend your qualification. Where you can gently deconstruct the myths, reclaim confidence in your skills, and feel seen in the work you’re already doing - work that deeply matters.
